If you need assistance under the Karcher Warranty we will:
> Collect the machine from your address (please box it up).
> Repair or replace it as appropriate.
> Return the machine back to you as quickly as possible.
Provided the problem is covered by Karcher Warranty Policy we will make NO CHARGE for this.
To start a claim just email the following details to jim@affordablegroup.co.uk:

> Daytime telephone number
> Address
> Machine collection address (if different)
> Machine delivery address (if different)
> Machine serial number - 9 numbers long eg 062412345
> Machine Model No eg 1502236
> Approximate purchase date
> Details of fault - please give as much information as possible
We won't make a meal out of things, just fill out what you can. We already know you bought the machine from us so there is no need for receipts, invoices or any other nonsense. Then let me do the rest.
